Get Involved

 

Do you want to get involved with the People of Keighley project? We're looking for all sorts of people to take over the Twitter account for a week and tell the world about life in the Keighley area.

 

Things to be aware of:

1. You must be willing to post at least a few times a day, every day, for a week (running Sun-Sun). Obviously the more you tweet the better, as people will get to know you & everyone will benefit!

2. You must live, work or play in Keighley, and you must be in Keighley for the whole of the week you're covering. We want to show the world Keighley, not a holiday you are taking.

3. No spamming, fighting or swearing on the account please! Bear in mind that it's a family friendly account, and we're trying to engage people, not upset them.

4. You must be an active Twitter user already, or be willing to learn how it all works! This is so that you're good to go and can concentrate on what you're tweeting, not how you're tweeting.

5. Please engage with others as much as possible, post photos & keep things interesting! We hope this will be a long running project but we need everyones help, so please RT our tweets & tell your friends about the idea.
